Prior to running for Mayor of Manchester, NH, in 2005, Frank Guinta worked for then-Congressman Jeb Bradley as a Congressional Staffer. Upon winning the mayoral election against then Democratic Party Mayor Bob Baines, Mayor-Elect Frank Guinta brought forth conservative Republican ideals to a predominantly Democratic-controlled city government. In 2006, new-comer candidate Carol Shea-Porter ran against Guinta's old boss, Jeb Bradley, for US Congress and won in the anti-Iraq War and anti-Bush political environment. Two years later in 2008, Jeb Bradley ran again for his seat by first opposing Republican Party hack & bureaucrat John Stephen of Manchester, NH. Despite any loyalties to his old boss, Mayor Frank Guinta not only endorsed John Stephen, but also, Guinta called Jeb Bradley "A LIAR"!
